Accessibility

We sell accessible websites, so this one has to be one. This statement sets out what we have built to, what we have tested, and what we know is imperfect.

The standard we build to

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the same standard the UK public sector is legally required to meet, and the standard Thailand’s TWCAG 2025 guidelines are based on, so one target covers both.

What that means in practice

• Every colour pairing on this site was measured for contrast rather than judged by eye. Body text exceeds the AAA threshold of 7:1 on both the light and dark surfaces.
• The whole site works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element. The focus indicator is two-tone so it stays visible on any background it can land on.
• Core content works with JavaScript switched off, including navigation, switching language, and sending an enquiry.
• Every animation has a reduced-motion alternative, honoured automatically if your device asks for one.
• Thai and English each have correct language attributes, so screen readers pronounce both properly rather than reading Thai as though it were English.
• Thai text is set with line height that clears its tone marks, and without the word-breaking rules that would split Thai words mid-syllable.
• Errors are described in text with an icon, never signalled by colour alone.
• Touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any part of this site that fails the standard. That is a claim about our own testing, not a guarantee. Automated tools and our own habits both have blind spots. If you find something, we would genuinely like to know.
