Websites for restaurants in Thailand
Your menu is a photograph of a laminated card, or it lives in a LINE chat. Neither of those can be read by a search engine, and neither can be read easily on a phone.
People are searching for what you serve, tonight, nearby
The search that matters is not your restaurant name. It is a dish, a neighbourhood, and a time: “khao soi Nimman open now”. If your menu exists only as an image, or only inside LINE and a delivery app, there is nothing for Google to match against that search. Whoever wrote their menu as text gets the table.
A menu as real text, on a page that loads before someone gives up, is most of the job.
What a restaurant site needs
A restaurant site is not a place people browse for an hour. It answers three questions (what do you serve, are you open, how do I get a table) before the hungry person opens someone else’s page.
- A menu as text, not a photo of a menu, so it can be found by search and read aloud by a screen reader
- Opening hours that are right, including the ones that change on Buddhist holidays and long weekends
- A reservation path, or at minimum a phone number a thumb can tap to call
- Your location in the form Google Maps understands, so “near me” actually finds you
- Fast enough to survive a mobile connection standing on a busy street at dinner time

Questions restaurant owners ask us
Do I still need LINE MAN, Grab and the delivery apps?
Keep them for delivery. That is what they are good at. But every delivery order pays a commission, and a walk-in guest who found you through your own site pays you the full bill. The site is for the second kind. The two do different jobs.
Can guests book a table?
Yes. A simple request form is enough for most restaurants. The guest asks, you confirm on LINE. If you take enough covers to need a real reservation system with table management, we connect one instead.
My menu is only in Thai, or only photos. Can you fix that?
That is the most valuable thing we will do for you. We set your menu as real text in both Thai and English, so it can be searched, read on a small screen, and found when someone looks for a dish rather than your name.
Can I change prices and dishes myself?
Yes, on the full website. Menus change, and you should not have to call an agency to raise a price by twenty baht. You get an editor for the things that move.
Why us for this
We build for one industry in one country, so we already know what a channel manager is, why your PMS export is a mess, and why the English version of your menu matters more in December than in June. You will not be explaining hospitality to us.
Not quite a fit?
The problem, and the page, is different for each of these.
Tell us what you’re working with
Send us your current site, or the LINE page you’re using instead of one, and we’ll tell you honestly what we’d change and what it would cost. No charge for that, and no pitch if it isn’t worth doing.
