A family, not an agency

A small web engineering team, registered in the UK, building for Thailand’s hospitality industry.

SiamRise is a small family business: Nittaya and Leonidas, a Thai and a Greek, and a daughter who is fairly sure the office belongs to her. You are not an account number in a queue.

That mix is not decoration. It is why the Thai on this site is a first language and not a translation, and why we understand both the owner reading this and the international guests you are trying to win. Nittaya speaks to Thai businesses the way Thai businesses expect; Leonidas knows how international guests decide where to stay. Your site has to work for both, and so do we.

We are UK-registered and we work with you online, over LINE and email, the way your best suppliers already do. Small enough that you talk to the people actually building your site, not an account manager forwarding your message. Here next year, and the year after that.

Where we stand

We do not pretend to be a Thai company. We contract and invoice from the UK, and we say so plainly on every page where it matters, rather than hoping you will not notice. In return you get the things a supplier usually keeps quiet about: prices in baht and up front, and a straight answer on tax before you commit.

We started SiamRise because hospitality operators in Thailand are consistently sold the wrong thing. A page-builder site that takes eight seconds to load on a phone. A booking widget that hands twenty percent to an OTA. A CMS the owner cannot edit without calling the agency that built it, and an agency that stops answering after the invoice clears.

Our position is narrow on purpose. We build for one industry, in one country, in two languages. That means we already know what a channel manager is, why your PMS export is a mess, and why the English version of your menu matters more in December than in June.

We tell you what things cost before you ask. We tell you when something is not worth building. And when the work is done, the site belongs to you outright: code, content, domain and hosting, whether or not you keep working with us.

We know how Thailand actually works

Not from a distance. The details a foreign agency gets wrong are the ones that lose you customers.

Hours that change with the calendar

Songkran, Buddhist holidays, long weekends: your hours move, and a site showing the wrong ones on a public holiday sends a guest to a locked door. We build hours you can change in a minute, not a fixed line nobody remembers to update.

LINE and the delivery apps in their place

LINE MAN Wongnai, Grab, LINE OA: we know what each is for and where the commission bites. Your site is built to work alongside them, keeping the customers you do not have to pay for.

High season, and the search that comes with it

The searches that fill your rooms in December are not the ones from June, and they are not in the same language. We build for both, so you are found in the month that matters.

Documents your accountant will accept

Quotes and invoices in the form Thai bookkeeping expects, Buddhist Era dates where they belong, and a clear answer to the VAT question a foreign supplier usually cannot give.

See exactly what your accountant receives

Thai that reads like Thai

Most foreign-built sites set Thai the way they set English, so the tone marks clip and words break in the wrong place. Look at the Thai on this page: the spacing is right, nothing is cut off, and it reads the way a Thai reader expects. That is craft, not luck.

Fast on the phone your customers actually hold

Your guests are not on the newest iPhone on office wifi. They are on a mid-range Android, on 4G, on a street at dinner time. We build and test for that phone and that signal, because a site that is quick in a studio and slow in real life loses the booking.

Tell us what you’re working with

Send us your current site, or the LINE page you’re using instead of one, and we’ll tell you honestly what we’d change and what it would cost. No charge for that, and no pitch if it isn’t worth doing.
